1. Agreement
By accessing or using agi-logic.com, app.agi-logic.com, a Digital Snapshot, a Digital Presence report, or another AGI Logic website, application, or tool, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use a paid service or sign a project agreement with us, that agreement also applies and controls where it conflicts with these terms.
2. Our services and tools
AGI Logic provides website design, custom software, integrations, AI engineering, digital presence evaluations, Digital Snapshot reports, and related tools. We may add, change, suspend, or retire features as our products develop. Tool-specific instructions, pricing, usage limits, or supplemental terms may apply to a particular product.
3. Digital Snapshot and Digital Presence reports
Reports are informational assessments based on the information and evidence available to the tool at the time of analysis. They are not guarantees of search rankings, AI-generated recommendations, leads, revenue, security, legal compliance, or business outcomes. AI visibility and agent readiness are developing concepts, and no one can guarantee placement in ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, or another AI system.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use our websites and tools lawfully and responsibly. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, bypass security or usage limits, upload malicious code, infringe another person's rights, submit information you are not authorized to share, or use an AI or automation feature to make harmful, deceptive, or unlawful decisions.
5. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of information, content, logos, and materials you submit. You give AGI Logic the limited permission needed to host, analyze, transmit, display, and process that content to provide the requested service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. We may use aggregated or de-identified operational information to improve our services, but we will not publicly identify your business or publish your submitted materials without permission.
6. Intellectual property
AGI Logic and its licensors retain rights in our website, software, designs, templates, workflows, documentation, branding, and other underlying materials. Except as allowed by law or a written project agreement, you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative products from them. Ownership and licensing for a custom project will be governed by that project's written agreement.
7. Third-party services
Our services may connect to hosting providers, analytics providers, email systems, payment processors, AI services, and other third-party tools. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for an independent third party's availability, content, security, or practices.
8. Disclaimers
Our websites and tools are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, AGI Logic disclaims implied warranties and does not promise that a service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose. Our content is not legal, tax, financial, medical, employment, or other professional advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, AGI Logic and its owners, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of our website or tools. For a paid service, any additional liability limits will be stated in the applicable written agreement.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address nonpayment. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive termination.
11. Governing law and contact

12. Changes
We may update these terms as our website, Digital Presence app, and future tools evolve. The current version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
