This Privacy Policy applies to AGI Logic LLC (“AGI Logic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), our website at agi-logic.com, related pages, contact forms, the Digital Presence app at app.agi-logic.com, the Digital Snapshot workflow, and other tools or services we may introduce in the future.

5. Digital Presence and future tools
The Digital Presence app may process information you submit to evaluate a website, business presence, AI visibility, conversion readiness, or related digital signals. A specific tool may display an additional notice describing its inputs, outputs, integrations, retention, or payment processing. If a future AGI Logic tool has different data practices, its supplemental notice will control for that tool to the extent of the difference.

We may share information with service providers that help us host websites, operate applications, deliver email, process analytics, secure systems, provide customer support, or process payments if a paid feature is introduced. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use submitted business information to train a general-purpose AI model without a separate, clear disclosure and appropriate permission.

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, ongoing business relationships, legitimate operational needs, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We encourage you not to submit passwords, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, health information, or other sensitive information through a general inquiry form.
